UK & Northern Ireland

Hayworths offer a range of delivery options including UK Standard and Next Day Delivery via Royal Mail and Click & Collect. Royal Mail services will be sent 'signed for'.  Orders over £35 are FREE.

Aside from Royal Mail 'Next Day Delivery', all orders will be dispatched within 1-2 working days. 

Please note that due to increased volumes during Sale periods or Christmas time our delivery times may take a little longer than normal.

Next Working Day - Guaranteed by 1pm

Orders must be placed before 1pm Mon-Thurs for next day delivery.

Orders placed after 1pm Friday will be dispatched on a Monday for delivery on Tuesday, and charged as next day delivery, with the exception of a UK Bank Holiday when delivery will be Wednesday. 



Collect Plus Economy

Typically 3-5 working days.


Collect Plus Standard

Typically 2 working days.


International Delivery

Hayworths delivers to a number of countries worldwide.  Please see prices and estimated delivery times below.  Please be aware that delivery times are a guide and may be quicker or slower depending on the destination country.  

Due to various problems with overseas shipping, we do not send orders to the following destinations: Africa, Russia, Ukraine, Argentina, Mexico and Malaysia. We reserve the right to add/remove from this list at any time.

Customs/Import Duties

Where applicable any customs or import duties will be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. Any customs and import charges must be paid by the recipient. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and we're unable to predict what they may be. Customs policies vary from country to country, if you have any concerns at all please contact your local customs office. In the event that you wish to return your order we are unable to refund any import duty or local sales tax you may have incurred.
